Cancelling is not a cliff
Cancel and the app falls back to the free tier at the end of the period you paid for. It keeps listening and answering; it just stops attaching screenshots. No lockout, no deleted data.
Licences arrive by email
Your key is emailed the moment payment clears, and a fresh one is sent each billing period. Paste it into settings once and the app keeps itself current.
Refunds
Within 14 days, for any reason, email support@cueovr.com. Given the licence key is already in your inbox we are trusting you a little here — please do not make us regret it.
